Booking & Cancellation Policies
- Payment required in full at time of booking through the app
- All bookings are non refundable unless exceptional circumstances at discretion of head coach
- Click attendance button in the app to see the dates that your selected sessions run
- It is your responsibility to turn up to the correct weekly session booked
- In the event of a cancelled lesson by Pro Sharp Tennis a make up session will be offered
- Communication, updates, information & priority booking will be sent to email address you have entered in our app.
- Your contact number will be added to a session whats app group for regular updates & communications
Individual lesson cancellation reminder
- If you give us at least 24 hours notice we are happy to reschedule the lesson. We do completely understand that things can happen & cancelling cannot be avoided on occasions. But if you do manage to give me enough notice it allows me to try & juggle coaches diary around & free up courts for members that we aren’t using.
- Minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel and reschedule any pre booked lesson. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in the lesson being charged in full.
